Damages is on BBC iPlayer
Did you miss Damages last night? Luckily you can watch it again on the BBC’s iPlayer service. They don’t always have import shows on iPlayer so it’s good to see Damages up there.
BBC iPlayer in it’s current form is really great - you can just watch shows from the last seven days in your browser. Channel 4 also have a TV catch up service called 4OD which is worth checking out.
UPDATE: DAMAGES HAS NOW DISAPPEARED FROM IPLAYER. ANYONE KNOW WHY?

Would someone be kind enough to give me the link to Damages on iPlayer, I found it this morning, but it seems to have disappeared! I recorded it last night and missed the first 5 mins.
Many thanks
Jane

Apparently the BBC has lost out to Apple who’ve struck a deal with Sony to sell episodes on itunes. Real shame as I missed Monday’s episode because I knew I could catch it on iplayer!

Have a look at the section which starts with ‘Missing Episodes’. Missed it on Monday and I probably won’t be able to see it on friday. had my night in planned tonight as well…oh well..

Damages is still not there. Very disappointed. Had planned to watch it tonight as I was tired on Monday.

It’s a strange - Damages has been like the proverbial yo-yo. I assume it’s some rights issue. It has been on both iTunes and iPlayer for sometime though so I don’t know what changed to make it only on iTunes now.
I know it’s not much of a consolation, but I will be posting a belated episode recap tomorrow so you can at least catch up with what’s happened this week.

Hi guys, just to let you know IT’S BACK! it’s on iplayer now. BBC are blaming technical difficulties for it being on there late.

Thanks for the update!

It’s 15th March - the Ides of March & we’ve been stabbed in the back - no Damages on iplayer - I was out on Monday & Fiday and thought I’d catch it tonight. Bummer!

Hi John - There wasn’t actually an episode shown this week. The last episode was March 3rd. Next episode is on Monday 17th.

where has damages gone again?
April 3rd, 2008 at 8:10 am
It’s gone again! I missed Monday’s episode and it’s not on iplayer this week - I emailed the ‘contact us’ bit on iplayer on Tuesday but have had no response.
Does anyone know if this is a right s issue again?

It’s back on iPlayer but hurry, it won’t be there for long!

Recorded the last episode of damages on Fri, but I only got golf followed by 10 mins of damages. Not on iplayer!! Does this mean Fri viewers miss out?
April 15th, 2008 at 2:26 pm
As Margaret says(Apl.12th) I, too only got about 10 mins of ‘Damages’ due to golf overrunning. How do I get final episode after watching all preceding twelve??
April 15th, 2008 at 2:30 pm
It was on iPlayer until last night so I think you may be too late now. You might have to wait for a repeat of the series now, or buy the episode on iTunes (it costs about £1.50) or get the DVD set.

I also ended up with golf followed by 10 mins of Damages - only just realised as I thought I had it safely recorded. I am disgusted that such a crucial episode was jerked around the schedule in such a cavalier fashion with no repeat on BBC 3 or 4 - especially given the rubbish that is repeated ad nauseam. Why do we pay a licence fee for this shoddy service?
