Damages was fantastic - my Monday nights will be duller without it. I’m still a bit confused though… When Ellen says to Patty ‘do you think we went too far’ or ‘do you regret what we did’ - what exactly is she referring to? What was she complicit in? Was it the number of people who’d died? And Patty’s baby girl that died…. obviously it’s significant and major - but I imagined it was going to be Frobisher’s or something. What is the significance of that? Would Ellen have been the same age as her daughter? There were so many red herrings, I’m a bit lost. Thought the twists and turn were totally unpredictable tho. Excellent stuff!

Hi Jane - When the asked “do you think we went too far?” they were talking about their attempt to blackmail Ray Fiske into deliberately losing the case in a trial, using the photos and evidence they found that implicated him. That blackmail attempt led him to kill himself.
